Often described as the world’s best gardening tool, the hori hori knife will astound you with its extraordinary efficient and versatility. Hori hori means dig-dig in Japanese, and the tool was originally used by bonsai enthusiasts to collect specimens.
Described by Saga magazine as an “object of desire”, the hori hori knife is taking the gardening world by storm.
The hori hori knife is light but incredibly strong. The stainless steel blade is straight with a shallow scoop, rather like trowel. It is razor sharp and serrated on one side, and along its length, there are calibration marks in inches and centimetres. The black moulded handle is ergonomically designed to give an amazingly comfortable grip. It also comes with a plastic sheath and belt holder. Our 3-Season and All Weather Gardening trousers have been designed so that the hori hori knife fits perfectly and in absolute safety and comfort into one of the stab-proof pockets.
